What it does

Send a reminder to a signer who has not completed their part yet, throttled so nobody is reminded more than once in 24 hours. Nothing is chased automatically: you choose when to press Remind.

Why we do not chase for you

Automatic chasing is easy to build and hard to live with. The sender loses control of tone and timing on a document that is often commercially delicate, and the recipient learns to ignore the sequence. Keeping the trigger with the person who knows the relationship is a deliberate choice, not a missing feature.

What it does not do

Signature requests are never chased automatically. A sender presses Remind, and a signer is reminded at most once in 24 hours.
