How do share links work?
Create a link from any document or dataroom. Configure expiry, email gate, OTP verification, NDA, and download permission. Share the URL with your recipient.
Can I see who viewed my document?
Yes. Open Analytics on any link to see visits, country, device, pages viewed, and dwell time per page.
Can I revoke access after sharing?
At any time. Disable the link from your dashboard and access stops immediately.
Do recipients need an account?
No. Recipients view documents directly in the browser. You can require their email and an OTP for verification.
How does signing work?
Open Sign, start a request, and design the form on your PDF: drop signature, text and date fields where they belong and assign each to a signer. Save it as a draft and send when ready. Signers fill and sign in their browser with no account. When everyone has signed, all parties get the executed PDF with a per-field audit trail (timestamp, IP and intent-to-sign consent). Pro covers two signers; Business adds more.
What file types are supported?
PDF today. Upload a PDF and share it with per-page analytics, gating and signing. Wider format support (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, images) is on the roadmap.
How long is data retained?
Account data while active and 30 days after closure. Visit analytics 24 months. See our Privacy Policy.
How is my data secured?
TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, row-level security in the database, short-lived signed URLs for storage. See the Security page.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Settings then Delete account. Your data is purged within 30 days.
