For agents, brokers and advisers

A deal cannot close until both sides sign.

Estate agents, mortgage and insurance brokers, recruiters and advisers all hit the same wall: the deal stalls waiting on two people to sign. Send the paperwork as one tracked link, gate who opens it, and collect both signatures with a tamper-evident certificate.

From listing to completion

Move the paperwork, not the goalposts.

Everything a property or advisory transaction needs to move: shared under control, signed with proof, and closed off when the deal is done.

01

Send the pack as a link

Offer letters, memoranda of sale, mortgage illustrations or policy documents go out as one tracked link, not a chain of email attachments you lose sight of.

02

See who actually read it

Page-by-page dwell time tells you whether the buyer read the survey or skimmed it, so you know where a chain is wobbling before it breaks.

03

Gate the sensitive files

Require a verified email and one-time code, add a passcode, and cap how many times a link can be opened before it locks.

04

Get both parties to sign

Built-in e-signature routes the document to buyer and seller, or client and adviser, in order. Every executed PDF carries a SHA-256 audit certificate with signer intent and timestamps.

05

Keep one link, swap the file

A price changes or a form gets corrected: replace the document and keep the same link. Recipients always see the current version, and you keep a private version history.

06

Revoke on completion

One click cuts access the moment the deal completes or falls through, even on pages already opened. Sensitive figures do not keep circulating.

Real estate data room FAQ

What agents and brokers ask.

Can I get two different people to sign the same document?

Yes. You add each signer and the order they sign in, and the document routes to them automatically. Once both have signed, the executed PDF carries a tamper-evident SHA-256 certificate recording each signer, their intent to sign and the timestamps.

Do my clients need to create an account to sign?

No. Signers open the document in the browser through their own link. You can require a verified email and a one-time code so you know exactly who signed, but they never have to sign up.

Is an e-signature legally valid for property paperwork?

Simple electronic signatures are widely used for offers, agreements and engagement letters, and each one is backed by an audit certificate. Some documents (for example deeds and land transfers) carry extra legal formalities. This is not legal advice, so check the specific document type where it matters.

How much does it cost?

There is a free tier with 3 rooms and 25 links that never expires, and paid plans start at £19 a month in GBP. E-signature is included, and there is a 14-day free trial on paid tiers.

Signing a lot of documents? See property management for tenancy and inventory work, contracts and signing for signed paperwork with an audit trail, or the e-signature glossary.

Close the next deal without chasing signatures. Upload the pack, send a tracked link and route it to both parties for signature. Three rooms stay free for as long as you want them, no card required.
