99 Data Rooms is built and operated by 99 Developers Ltd, company number 17257492, registered in England and Wales - verifiable on the Companies House register. We make secure, tracked, gated document and room sharing with e-signature and page-by-page analytics, for teams that need to know who read what.
How we work

UK-hosted in London, GDPR-ready. Primary data is resident in the UK (London) with encrypted backups in an EU region, pricing is published flat in GBP, and the legal templates are drafted for England and Wales. Not a US product with a UK landing page.

Enterprise company accounts have unlimited seats - billing scales on storage and AI capacity, never on headcount, and storage and AI drafting allowances are pooled across the whole company. We think charging per person is a tax on collaboration, so we do not do it.

Every factual claim on our public pages is registered and tied to an automated test that fails our build if the product stops making it true. Where we have a gap - a certification we do not hold yet, a feature that needs a higher tier - we say so on the page.

3 rooms, 25 active links, forever, no card required. It is a real tier, not a trial: enough to run a genuine early fundraise or client exchange before paying us anything.
