- Any live share link that hasn't expired or been revoked. Free includes 25 active links at once; Pro, Business and Enterprise are unlimited.

How much does a UK virtual data room cost?
99 Data Rooms is priced flat in GBP: Free (£0), Pro £19/month, Business £49/month, Enterprise £99.99/month. billed monthly or annually (annual is 10x the monthly price, so two months free); cancel anytime.
Is there a genuinely free data room?
Yes. The Free plan is not a time-limited trial: 3 rooms, 25 active links, forever, no card required. It does not include e-signatures or the AI legal drafter - upgrade to Pro when you need those.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every paid plan (Pro, Business and Enterprise) starts with a 14-day free trial with full features. A payment method is required upfront (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) but nothing is charged during the trial; we email you a day before it ends, then the plan continues at the normal price. Cancel anytime before day 14 and you pay nothing. The Free plan is separate - it stays free forever and never needs a card.
Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. Every plan is one flat price for the whole team - we never charge per seat, per user or per viewer. Recipients and viewers never pay and never need an account.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro suits a team sending and signing documents day to day: 5 e-signatures / month, AI legal drafter: 3 docs / month (PDF). Business adds what active dealmaking needs: unlimited e-signatures, Word, Excel and PowerPoint uploads, NDA gating with acceptance receipts, viewer watermarks and custom branding.
Do recipients need to pay or create an account?
Never. Anyone you send a link to opens it straight in their browser - no 99 Data Rooms account and no charge, even behind a passcode, verified-email code or NDA.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings, on any plan, with no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current billing period ends.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically when your device supports them.
How does annual billing save money?
Annual billing charges 10 months' worth up front for a full year of access - two months free, roughly 17% cheaper than paying monthly. On Pro that's £190/yr instead of £228/yr; on Business £490/yr instead of £588/yr; on Enterprise £999.90/yr instead of £1199.88/yr.
What happens if I run out of storage?
Every plan includes storage (2 GB storage on Free, up to 500 GB storage on Enterprise). Any paid plan can add recurring storage add-ons, resized or cancelled anytime from Settings.
Are e-signatures included in the price?
Yes, at no extra cost: Free has none, Pro includes 5 e-signatures / month, and Business and Enterprise include unlimited e-signatures with a per-field audit trail (signer IP, intent-to-sign consent, timestamps, SHA-256 fingerprint).
How many AI Legal Drafting documents do I get each month?
