What it does
Send a document for signature with a per-field audit trail recording the timestamp, the signer's IP and intent-to-sign consent. Every executed document carries an audit certificate.
Because signing sits inside the same product that gated and tracked the document, there is no export-and-re-upload step between sharing something and having it signed, and no second system holding half the record.
Where it stands legally
Electronic signatures are recognised across the EU under eIDAS and in the UK under its domestic successor. Which assurance tier a particular document needs is a question for your adviser, not for us, and the eIDAS entry in our glossary sets out the three tiers without telling you which one you need.
What we provide is the evidence: a per-field audit trail recording signer IP, intent-to-sign consent, timestamps, SHA-256 fingerprint, retained for 24 months. That supports a signature's authenticity and integrity whichever regime governs the document.
Pricing that does not count seats
Signing is included from Pro at a flat monthly price rather than charged per envelope or per seat. For a small team that sends a handful of agreements a month, per-envelope pricing is the cost that surprises people.
