From first meeting to close

Run the whole raise from one room.

Everything an investor needs for diligence, controlled, tracked and revocable, without a stack of email attachments you can never take back.

01

Send the deck as a link

Stop emailing a PDF into the void. Share a tracked link and see the viewer, the time, the device and, page by page, how far each investor read.

02

One room for the whole raise

Deck, cap table, financial model, incorporation docs and prior board minutes in a single branded data room, organised into folders.

03

Gate every viewer

Require a verified email and one-time code so you know exactly who is looking. On Business, collect NDA acceptance before anyone can open the room.

04

See who is serious

Dwell time per page, completion and revisits tell you which investors read the financials twice and which never got past slide three.

05

Close cleanly

E-signature is included for SAFEs, term sheets and side letters. Every executed document carries an audit certificate with signer IP, intent-to-sign and timestamps.

06

Revoke when it is done

One click cuts access for everyone who passed, even on pages they had already opened. Your numbers do not keep circulating after the round closes.

Fundraising data room FAQ

What founders ask.

What should a fundraising data room include?

For an early round, most founders share the pitch deck, a short financial model, the cap table, incorporation and shareholder documents, key contracts and any prior board minutes. Put them in one room, gate access, and share a single link per investor.

Can investors see each other?

No. Each investor opens through their own link, and analytics are tracked per viewer. Nobody can see who else is in the room or what they looked at.

Do investors need an account to view?

No. Investors open the room directly in the browser. You can require their email and a one-time code for verification, but they never have to sign up.

Is it GDPR-ready and UK-hosted?

Yes. Documents are hosted in the UK (London), encrypted with AES-256 at rest, with a DPA on request, full data export and account deletion within 30 days, and no third-party trackers on your viewers.

Start before your next investor call. Upload your deck, send a tracked link and watch the read receipts come in. Three rooms stay free for as long as you want them, no card required.
