What it does
Add colleagues to a room as a viewer, viewer with download, contributor or admin.
And when an adviser only needs one file, skip membership entirely: send a gated link to that single document, so they see exactly the file they are helping with and nothing else.
Membership is not the only answer
The second half matters more than it looks. Adding an outside adviser as a member to get them one document is how rooms end up with access lists nobody can justify six months later. A single gated link does the job and leaves nothing behind.
