What it does
Search the words inside your documents, not just their titles. Results come back as ranked snippets with the matching phrase highlighted, across your rooms and unfiled uploads alike.
Why the snippet matters more than the hit
A list of filenames that contain a word is not an answer, it is a second search. Returning the surrounding sentence with the phrase highlighted means you can usually tell from the results page whether a document is the one you wanted, without opening four of them to find out.
Unfiled uploads are included deliberately. The document you are looking for is often the one nobody got round to putting in a room.
