What it does
Answer a short set of plain-English questions and get a complete draft assembled from vetted clauses. It never invents legal wording - it selects and assembles from a fixed clause library for England & Wales.
Why assembly rather than generation
A general-purpose chatbot writes a clause that reads plausibly. That is the problem: plausible wording with no provenance is exactly what fails when somebody needs to rely on it. Assembly means every clause in your draft came from a library that was written to be used, and the same question always selects the same clause.
It also means the tool can tell you what it did. A draft is a set of decisions about which clauses apply to your answers, not a paragraph that appeared.
Where the draft stops
It produces a starting point, not advice. The output is a document you review, and for anything material you should have it reviewed by someone qualified. That is a limitation of the category, not a limitation we are working around.
What it does not do
Drafting starts on Pro at £19/mo, with a monthly document allowance of 3 documents on Pro, 25 on Business and 100 on Enterprise, and one-time credit packs if you need more in a given month.
Questions
AI Legal Drafting, answered
No. It selects and assembles from a fixed clause library. The wording in your draft was written in advance, not generated for you.
England & Wales. The clause library is written for that jurisdiction and the tool does not draft outside it.
No. It is a starting point you review, and for anything material it should be reviewed by someone qualified.
Pro and above. The free plan includes sharing and tracking, not drafting.
Three on Pro, 25 on Business and 100 on Enterprise. Credit packs top that up without changing plan.
